If h_vmem is now requestable/consumable can I set a resource quota on it?

Quick question, for a cluster I no longer have access to ...

If h_vmem is set to be consumable/requestable and there exists a
sge_request file that sets a default "-l h_vmem=1.5G" etc. is there a
possibility of setting a resource quota rule to limit total amount of
memory consumed on a per user basis?

Something like:

limit users {*} hosts * to h_vmem=10G

... workable?

Chris
